This project was funded by a Municipal Planning Grant awarded by the
Vermont Department of Housing & Community Development to the Town of Rockingham and match funding has been committed by the property owners, Windham Development Group.
This study was recommended by industry professionals at the June 2024 Downtown & Historic Preservation Conference that Bellows Falls / Rockingham hosted when they toured a model suite of the second floor corner room at the Hotel Windham to show the possibilities of a hotel/condo suite.
The Market Feasibility Study is key for the success of future development of this building to fit the needs of our community, workforce and visitors to the Downtown. We look forward to the recommendations by Camoin Associates.
