Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Stephen J. Belaski Murals Restoration Project
The Rockingham Historic Preservation Commission is seeking qualifications from experienced professional conservators or conservation teams for the restoration of two WPA-era murals painted by Stephen J. Belaski, “Surrender of Burgoyne” and “Taking of Canon from Fort Ticonderoga”, currently located in a secure storage facility in Rockingham Vermont. Application deadline is December 1, 2025.
