The Bellows Falls Village Corporation has adopted agreements, policies and ordinances for the Village which are recorded in the Rockingham Town Clerk's Office. The Bellows Falls Village Trustees are responsible for establishing ordinances and policies within the Village.
The Village Trustees meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm at the Rockingham Town Hall / Bellows Falls Opera House Lower Theater. Special meetings are called as necessary.
All meetings are open to the public. The date and agenda of upcoming meetings are on the Calendar, and Agendas and Minutes can be found on the Agendas & Minutes page.
The Bellows Falls Village Trustees meet with the Rockingham Selectboard and the Saxtons River Village Trustees on the 5th Tuesday of the month, or quarterly. This meeting allows the Boards to address items that impact the Town of Rockingham and the incorporated Villages.

Village Trustee meetings are electronically recorded, posted and retained at Falls Area Community TV as required by Vermont Act 133 (S55) of 2024. The FACT TV archive includes most but not all Village meetings through January 2023.
