The Rockingham Walk Bike Committee was established in 2022 to add consideration of pedestrian and bicycle safety to Highway and Town infrastructure improvements, making Rockingham eligible for grant funding to enhance visitor and resident safety. They worked with Development staff on the 2025 Rockingham Safety Action Plan for Route 121, 2024 the linear sidewalk on Rockingham Street and they continue to advocate for safer intersections and crossings in Downtown Bellows Falls.
The Walk Bike Committee (WBC) meets biweekly in the 3rd floor conference room at the Rockingham Town Hall.
