This map was designed for the 2024 Downtown and Historic Preservation Conference held in Bellows Falls on June 5, 2024 using the Walk the Rock map template designed by Creative Catalyst Communications, and paid for in part by a grant from the Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative (VOREC). 


Parking icon references FREE all day parking in all municipal lots. See the ?, for EV Charging stations at the Waypoint Center! All street parking is zoned for 2 hours only, come and stay the day with us and enjoy free parking all day in the lots (see map above).

The Rockingham Free Public Library, Hotel Windham lobby, Waypoint Center, Rockingham Town Hall and Bellows Falls Opera House are all accessible. 

You can find information boards and kiosks at the Bellows Falls Opera House/ Rockingham Town Hall, Waypoint Center at 17 Depot Street, Rockingham Free Public Library, at the Bellows Falls Riverfront Park on Mill Street, next to the Saxtons River Market, and at the Rockingham Meeting House at 11 Meeting House Road in Rockingham.
