Saxtons River Village Trustees meet at 7:00 PM on the first and third Mondays of each month in the 24 Main community center. Meetings that fall on a national holiday may be rescheduled, and special meetings are called as needed. Meeting times and locations are published in the meeting agendas.
Trustee meetings are held in hybrid format, both in-person and remotely via Zoom.us. Links to the Zoom meetings vary and are published in the agenda for each meeting. All meetings are open to the public.
Official warnings of Village meeting agendas are posted on bulletin boards outside the Fire Station / Community Building and outside the Village Market, 25 Main Street. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted on this website and distributed via electronic mail. To join the mailing list send a request to the Village Clerk at clerksrv@vermontel.net. Electronic agendas include a live link to the virtual meeting.
