• Nestled along the terraces from the Connecticut River are homes featured in the Victorian Neighborhood Walking Tour- called 'painted ladies', many of them have earned the beloved Old House Awards, awarded each year by the Rockingham Historic Preservation Commission for upgrades and rehabilitation to Village homes, many of whom were built in the mid-1800s to early 1900s.
