Leaf Pickup

The Town of Rockingham Highway Department will pick up leaves and other natural yard debris placed at the street curbside in Bellows Falls and Saxtons River from October 3, 2025 to November 14, 2025 (weather permitting) Mondays & Fridays ONLY. Only Clear Bags containing the following will be picked up: LEAVES, PINE NEEDLES, LAWN TRIMMINGS, & GARDEN WASTE Bags contaminated with trash or other debris or that can not be handled by (ONE) 1 person, will NOT be picked up. There is no charge for this service, and the Recycling Center also accepts leaves and yard debris.
